I recently attended a meeting at Comfort Inn & Suites in Jupiter, Florida and I had just gotten off of I-95 and turned into the parking lot when I came to an abrupt halt. Sitting right out in front of me, jutting into my lane, was a large crane. A lighting crew was either repairing or retrofitting the Comfort Suites channel letters at the top of the building. As someone who works in the lighting industry, I tend to perk up when I see a lighting related issue. As I waited for two cars to pass the truck and leave enough room in the opposite lane for me to pass, I thought of how this particularly irksome problem would not exist if they were using Ventex power supplies.
